Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to handle lead follow-ups, client coordination, and appointment scheduling. The candidate should be confident in communication, capable of converting leads into meetings, and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and references
- Explain company services, construction packages, and project details to clients
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers
- Update lead status and customer details in CRM/sheets
- Coordinate with sales and project teams for smooth customer handling
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and appointment targets
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good relationships
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Ability to work under target pressure
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / PUC
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Customer Support
- Real estate or construction industry experience will be an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi/Tamil/Telugu (preferred)
- Willing to work in a target-driven environment
- Good coordination and teamwork skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
