We are looking for a driven Online Business Manager to own and grow our digital commerce presence across marketplaces and D2C channels. You will be responsible for end-to-end online operations — from product listings and pricing to marketing campaigns and performance analytics — with full accountability for revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage online sales across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly GMV and revenue targets.
- Oversee product catalog management — listings, images, A+ content, SEO-optimised titles and descriptions.
- Plan and manage pricing strategy, promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts across channels.
- Monitor account health, resolve listing suppression, policy violations, and seller performance issues.
- Plan and manage digital advertising — Amazon PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads — tracking CTR, ACOS, ROAS, and CAC.
- Coordinate inventory planning with supply chain and warehouse teams to avoid stockouts and excess stock.
- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, returns (RTO/RTV), and customer experience on all platforms.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly MIS reports — sales, traffic, conversion, and profitability metrics.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate a small team of e-commerce executives and catalogue associates.
- Identify new marketplace opportunities, onboard new channels, and expand geographic reach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
