Job Summary :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing business data, preparing MIS reports, automating reporting processes, and providing accurate insights to support business decision-making.
The candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, SQL, Macros/VBA, and MIS Reporting, along with the ability to handle large datasets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple business sources.
Create and maintain dashboards and performance reports for management review.
Develop Excel-based automated reports using Advanced Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Macros/VBA.
Write and execute SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports.
Identify trends, patterns, and business insights through data analysis.
Coordinate with different departments to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve operational efficiency.
Support management with ad-hoc reports, presentations, and analytical requests.
Monitor and troubleshoot reporting issues and ensure timely delivery of MIS reports.
Required Skills :
2–3 years of experience in MIS Reporting or a similar role.
Strong expertise in Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Charts, Dashboards).
Hands-on experience with Excel Macros/VBA for report automation.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and reporting.
Strong knowledge of MIS Reporting and Data Analysis.
Ability to handle and analyze large datasets efficiently.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboarding and visualization.
Knowledge of Power Query and data transformation techniques.
Basic understanding of business operations and KPI tracking.
Experience in automating reporting workflows and improving process efficiency.
