Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Telecaller Executive to handle customer interactions, generate leads, and support admissions activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective students and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and customers.
- Explain courses, services, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with inquiries and maintain lead databases.
- Schedule appointments for Academic Counselors.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Update CRM records and maintain daily activity reports.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and conversion targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Plus Two / Degree qualification.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.
- Strong communication and convincing abilities.
