Job Roles
- Teach mechanical design concepts to students or professionals.
- Deliver classroom, laboratory, and online training sessions.
- Train learners in CAD/CAE software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, Siemens NX, or Autodesk Inventor.
- Demonstrate engineering drawing standards and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Guide students through real-world design projects and case studies.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations.
- Develop course materials, presentations, and training manuals.
- Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and project mentoring.
- Stay updated with the latest design software and industry practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans and training schedules.
- Explain mechanical engineering fundamentals and design methodologies.
- Conduct hands-on CAD software training.
- Teach machine components, manufacturing processes, and material selection.
- Supervise laboratory sessions and student projects.

Required Skills
