We are seeking an experienced TikTok Shop Manager to lead and scale our TikTok Shop business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end TikTok Shop operations, driving revenue growth, optimizing product performance, executing promotional campaigns, and developing high-performing affiliate and creator partnerships.
This role requires a data-driven professional with strong expertise in social commerce, e-commerce operations, performance analytics, and TikTok Shop ecosystem management. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Content, Performance Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize store performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop Seller Center.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, revenue, and customer acquisition through TikTok Shop.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, merchandising, inventory visibility, and catalog performance.
- Plan, execute, and optimize promotional campaigns, flash sales, seasonal events, and platform initiatives.
- Build and manage affiliate marketing programs by recruiting, onboarding, and supporting creators and influencers.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and marketing teams to develop high-converting social commerce campaigns.
- Monitor store performance, traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, AOV, and other key business metrics.
- Analyze sales data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and improve overall performance.
- Coordinate with customer support and operations teams to ensure excellent order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies, platform guidelines, and operational standards.
- Stay up to date with TikTok Shop features, algorithm updates, emerging trends, and best practices.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for continuous business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Management, or Social Commerce.
- Proven hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop operations is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center, catalog management, promotions, affiliate marketing, and platform operations.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, and affiliate programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with live commerce and TikTok LIVE shopping.
- Knowledge of Meta, Amazon, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, and business reporting tools.
- Understanding of performance marketing, paid social advertising, and conversion optimization.
- Experience using AI-powered marketing tools and workflow automation is an added advantage.
