Ordient Ventures Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing multi-vertical company specializing in construction, real estate, interiors, and infrastructure projects across Bangalore. We are looking for an experienced and committed Site Engineer to join our residential project execution team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day residential site execution as per drawings and schedule
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labour, and internal teams
- Monitor quality, material usage, and BOQ compliance
- Prepare DPR, labour reports, and material tracking reports
- Ensure site safety and adherence to construction standards
- Support billing, quantity take-offs, and client/site meetings
- Coordinate with MEP and interior teams for smooth execution
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 8 months of experience in residential construction projects (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Excel
- Willing to relocate within Bangalore based on project allocation
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
