Your Key Responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with business teams togather, analyze, and document requirements, translating business needs into clear, structured SAP Fieldglass requirements
- DesignSAP Fieldglass solutions that align with business processes, global template standards, and strategic objectives
- Configure and supportSAP Fieldglass modules, ensuring high‑quality deployments delivered on time and within scope
- Ensureseamless integration between SAP Fieldglass, SAP S/4HANA, and other connected systems; troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
- Develop and executetest scenarios, support UAT cycles, and ensure solutions meet business expectations and quality standards
- Act as akey liaison between IT, business users, external partners, and deployment teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Prepare and maintainsolution documentation, including designs, configurations, process flows, and test evidence
- Providetraining and ongoing support to end‑users, including creation of training materials and hands‑on guidance as required
- KPI: Successful delivery of compliant, stable SAP Fieldglass solutions with high stakeholder satisfaction
What you’ll bring to the role:Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- Proven experience designing and deliveringSAP Fieldglass solutions in a global enterprise environment
- Strong background inrequirements gathering and solution design, aligned with global templates
- Hands‑on experience withsystem integrations, particularly SAP Fieldglass with SAP S/4HANA and related platforms
- Experience supportingtesting activities, including test scenario preparation and UAT support
- Demonstrated ability toinfluence without authority and work effectively across matrixed organizations
- Strong analytical thinking, documentation, and communication skills
- Solid understanding ofIT governance, financial management, and compliance requirements
- Fluent inEnglish (written and spoken)
