Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Architect to lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion. The candidate will be responsible for design development, project coordination, client interactions, site coordination, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from concept to execution.
- Develop design concepts, working drawings, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and building regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and designers.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in architectural project management.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹17,595.17 - ₹90,043.12 per month
