We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder and act as a single point of coordination across teams and vendors.
Initially, the role will focus on portal development and launch, coordinating with external technology partners and fast-tracking execution. Post launch, the role will evolve into founder-level operational support, acting as a bridge between the Founder and internal departments to ensure timely implementation of decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an execution bridge between the Founder, external developers, and internal teams.
- Coordinate and follow up on website development activities including API integrations, testing, and timelines.
- Take clear inputs from the Founder and assigned stakeholders and drive them to closure through daily follow-ups.
- Track tasks, dependencies, and deadlines to ensure nothing is delayed due to lack of follow-up.
- Post portal launch, ensure departments function as per defined requirements and founder directives.
- Minimise the Founder’s time spent on operational follow-ups and implementation.
Required Skill Set
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and execution skills.
- Working understanding of website development and technology workflows (APIs, integrations, UAT).
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Ideal Profile
- Experience working with founders / senior leadership.
- Exposure to tech, digital platforms, or travel industry preferred.
- Someone who brings structure, urgency, and accountability to execution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
