Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical individual to join us as a Tech Analyst Intern. In this role, you will work closely with our technical and operations teams to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of deployed solar systems.
You will work with generation data, assist in technical audits, and help ensure that every client's solar installation delivers maximum value and return on investment. This is an excellent opportunity to apply data analysis skills in the rapidly growing renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
System Monitoring
- Monitor real-time energy generation and system health using digital dashboards.
- Track the performance of installed solar plants across multiple locations.
Data Analysis
- Analyze electricity bills, energy consumption patterns, and solar generation data.
- Create ROI calculations and savings reports for clients.
Technical Audits
- Support the engineering team with remote and data-driven audits.
- Identify efficiency losses, shading issues, inverter faults, and other performance concerns.
Reporting
- Prepare structured weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Highlight anomalies, downtime events, and key performance trends.
Process Optimization
- Assist in streamlining documentation workflows.
- Support net metering applications and CRM data management processes.
Who Can Apply?
Eligibility
- Candidates with relevant technical knowledge or a technical degree.
- Students and graduates from Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields are strongly encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Comfort working with technical data and performance metrics.
- Structured and logical thinking approach.
