Key Responsibilities
- Visit salons, beauty stores, cosmetic retailers, pharmacies, and skincare professionals within your assigned territory.
- Promote Mari Cosmetics' premium skincare product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and business owners.
- Generate new business opportunities and onboard new retail outlets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities.
- Ensure excellent product visibility and merchandising at retail locations.
- Collect market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in Field Sales, FMCG, Cosmetics, Pharma, Retail, or B2B Sales.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Confident personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with extensive local travel.
- Proficiency in Hindi and Gujarati is required; English is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
