Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong experience in IT / Non-IT hiring (as applicable)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms
- Good understanding of screening and stakeholder management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have:
- Experience with ATS tools
- Exposure to contract / permanent hiring
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
