Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
- Use job portals, social media, and referrals to find suitable profiles
- Post job openings and keep listings updated across platforms
- Conduct initial phone/video screening interviews
Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Share feedback and track hiring progress
Database & Reporting
- Maintain candidate data in ATS or Excel trackers
- Build and manage talent pipelines for future requirements
Compliance & HR Support
- Maintain employee and candidate documentation as per statutory requirements
- Support onboarding documentation (offer letters, NDAs, ID proofs, joining formalities)
- Track basic HR records such as attendance and document completeness
- Coordinate PF/UAN details, background verification documents, and compliance checklists
- Ensure HR records are organized and audit-ready
Onboarding
- Assist in smooth joining and induction of selected candidates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years experience in recruitment/HR (internship acceptable)
- Knowledge of job portals and ATS preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good English communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Detail-oriented with positive learning attitude

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
