Position: IT Support Executive
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Qualification: Graduation / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Salary: upto 25K/Month
Experience: 5 to 7 years experience in similar role.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and office devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist employees with IT-related queries and technical problems.
- Monitor system performance and maintain IT records.
- Support basic networking and internet connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance when required.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure.
