Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and competent Mathematics Teacher to teach students from Classes 7 to 10. The teacher will be responsible for building strong mathematical foundations, enhancing problem-solving abilities, developing logical reasoning skills, and preparing students for academic and competitive success.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to students of Classes 7–10 as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Explain mathematical concepts using practical examples and real-life applications.
- Develop students' logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Encourage multiple approaches to solving mathematical problems.
- Conduct revision sessions and doubt-clearing classes regularly.
Student Development
- Foster confidence and interest in Mathematics among students.
- Identify students requiring additional academic support and provide remedial coaching.
- Encourage participation in Mathematics Olympiads, quizzes, talent examinations, and competitions.
- Develop students' mental calculation, quantitative aptitude, and reasoning skills.
- Create a positive, disciplined, and engaging learning environment.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Prepare assignments, worksheets, tests, and examination papers.
- Conduct regular assessments and track student progress.
- Analyze student performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Maintain academic records and submit progress reports.
- Support students in preparation for Class 10 board examinations.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance and student performance records.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methodologies and student outcomes.
- Contribute to academic planning and curriculum enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics (B.Sc. Mathematics) or related field.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Master's Degree (M.Sc. Mathematics) is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of secondary school Mathematics curriculum.
- Good communication skills in English.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong mathematical aptitude and teaching skills may also apply.

A teacher who can make Mathematics interesting, relatable, and application-oriented while building strong conceptual foundations. The ideal candidate should inspire students to think logically, solve problems independently, and prepare for future competitive examinations such as JEE, NTSE, Olympiads, and other aptitude-based assessments.
Pay: ₹10,537.80 - ₹25,196.91 per month
