Home Automation Technical Support Executive (Electronics & Electrical Industry - CCTV)
- Provide technical support for CCTV, home automation, and security systems.
- Assist customers with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues remotely or on-site.
- Coordinate with field engineers for issue resolution.
- Maintain service reports and customer support records.
- Ensure smooth operation of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, sensors, and automation devices.
- Handle customer queries and provide technical guidance.
