Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Girl to support the day-to-day administrative and housekeeping activities of the office. The candidate should maintain cleanliness, assist staff with basic office tasks, and ensure a well-organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, workstations, pantry, and washrooms.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms for client meetings.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and other basic office work.
- Purchase office pantry items and other supplies when required.
- Ensure pantry and office supplies are adequately stocked.
- Assist with courier dispatches and document handling.
- Support the administration team in routine office tasks.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but freshers can also apply.
- Basic understanding of office cleanliness and hygiene.
- Honest, punctual, and well-mannered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary:
- ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹14,325.71 per month
