Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree
- Age: 20-25 years
- Passion for social media and digital marketing
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and publish content across social media platforms
- Assist in creating content ideas and social media campaigns
- Understand target audience behaviour and market trends
- Prepare activity reports and performance updates
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and meetings
- Support the creation of post line-ups, content buckets, content calendars, and reports
- Assist in preparing presentations and client documentation
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social media channels
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives and visual requirements
- Work with internal teams to align social media content with campaigns and product launches
- Monitor social media interactions and respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions (ORM)
