Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Conduct new-hire orientations, collect necessary paperwork, and manage exit processes, including final settlements and exit interviews.
- Employee Records: Update and maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) database with accurate employee personal, leave, and attendance tracking details.
- Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate daily payroll inputs, resolve salary discrepancies, and assist in managing employee insurance and bonus plans.
- Performance Management: Support department managers during periodic appraisal cycles, track performance metrics, and assist with goal-setting reviews.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for staff queries, resolve internal grievances, and organize engagement activities to boost workplace morale.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure company operations strictly align with national and regional labor laws, including minimum wage, provident funds, and workplace safety rules.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
