Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving organic search rankings, driving website traffic, managing paid advertising campaigns, and optimizing digital marketing performance across multiple channels. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with SEO and paid media, and a data-driven approach to achieving business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Optimize on-page SEO elements including meta tags, content, URLs, and internal linking.
- Monitor and improve website performance, indexing, and technical SEO factors.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI, conversions, and lead generation.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to support marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and digital advertising best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SEO and Performance Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
- Experience with keyword research and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns and paid social media advertising.
- Understanding of technical SEO, link-building strategies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or related digital marketing platforms.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
- Experience in lead generation and e-commerce marketing.
