Job Title: Housekeeping Room Boy / Room Attendant
Department: Housekeeping
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Make beds and change bed linen and towels.
- Refill toiletries, drinking water, tea/coffee supplies, and other room amenities.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor.
- Ensure hotel hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are followed.
- Respond politely to guest requests.
- Handle lost-and-found items according to hotel policy.
- Work as part of the housekeeping team to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage, but freshers may also be considered.
- Physically fit and able to work in shifts.
- Honest, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
