● Identify and qualify potential clients' needs and preferences.
● Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested clients.
● Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system.
● Follow up with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
● Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volume, appointments set, and conversions.
