- Deliver theory and practical classes for Nursing students
- Conduct clinical demonstrations, OSCE, and simulation-based training
- Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and seminars
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning
- Maintain student assessments and internal evaluation records
- Ensure compliance with INC, RNC, and university norms
