Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee the finishing works at our boutique homestay project. This is a field-based role suited to someone with practical construction and finishing experience who can maintain quality standards, coordinate workers, and keep work moving on schedule.
Because this is a boutique property, attention to detail matters. The successful candidate will take pride in clean, well-executed finishing and will ensure that the standard of work reflects the quality the property is built around. This is an on-site, hands-on position, not an office role.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical fit-outs
- Maintain high standards of finish quality and check work against agreed specifications
- Coordinate and direct labourers, masons, and other tradespeople, and manage daily work schedules
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and the owners to keep work on track
- Monitor material requirements, track usage, and report shortages in advance
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays
- Maintain basic records of progress, attendance, and materials
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline across the site
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in construction supervision, with a focus on finishing works
- Practical knowledge of finishing trades and the ability to judge work quality
- Ability to manage and direct workers effectively without micromanaging
- Good coordination and basic communication skills
- Basic record-keeping ability
- Physically fit and comfortable being on-site daily
Preferred
- Experience supervising finishing works on hospitality, boutique, or high-end residential projects
- Familiarity with reading drawings and specifications
- Experience coordinating multiple trades simultaneously

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
