About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and process-driven HR & Operations Lead to manage end-to-end HR and payroll operations, drive SOP implementation across departments, and lead learning and development initiatives. You’ll play a key role in shaping a positive work culture, aligning people and processes with business goals, and empowering teams through structured training, clear workflows, and consistent HR practices. You’ll also lead a capable HR team and manage the Zoho HR suite effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll, employee lifecycle, and compliance using Zoho People & Zoho Payroll
- Lead HR team and ensure delivery excellence in all HR functions
- Drive SOP creation and implementation across departments using Zoho Learn
- Run L&D programs and manage training paths via Zoho Learn
- Improve employee experience, culture, and performance systems
- Ensure HR compliance and accurate reporting
Requirements:
- 3+ years in HR operations with team leadership experience
- Mandatory: Experience with Recruitment, Payroll, L&D, SOPs and Workforce Management.
- Familiarity with Zoho People, Zoho Payroll & Zoho Learn will be a plus.
- Strong in process implementation, compliance, and cross-functional coordination
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
