Job Summary:
The Back Office & MIS Executive cum Coordinator will be responsible for managing backend operations, maintaining MIS reports, coordinating with caregivers and clients, and ensuring smooth service delivery in the elder care segment. The role requires strong organizational skills, data management expertise, and compassionate coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Back Office & Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain client and caregiver database with complete documentation.
- Handle service agreements, billing details, and payment records.
- Maintain attendance and duty schedules of caregivers.
- Ensure proper documentation of KYC, contracts, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment documentation and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain records of inventory such as medical equipment (if applicable).
- Handle email communication and internal coordination.

2. MIS & Reporting Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on:
o Active clients
o Caregiver allocation
o Revenue & billing
o Attendance & replacements
- Track service renewals and pending payments.
- Maintain dashboards in Excel using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
- Generate performance reports for management review.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.

3. Care Coordination Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between clients’ families and caregivers.
- Schedule caregiver shifts and manage replacements in case of absence.
- Handle service-related queries and escalations.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls for feedback and service quality checks.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Support operations team in emergency coordination (if required).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
