- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding visa and immigration services.
- Explain visa programs, eligibility criteria, and consultancy services.
- Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with visa counselors and documentation teams.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries professionally.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
