Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical and system inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and raise procurement requests to avoid shortages.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material sourcing and deliveries.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders for quantity and quality.
- Organize and maintain storage areas with proper labeling and categorization.
- Ensure safe storage practices, including compliance for hazardous materials.
- Track the issuance and return of tools and equipment.
- Schedule maintenance and servicing of tools and machinery.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock movement reports, and shortage/surplus reports.
- Maintain accurate records of all inward and outward inventory transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Store Executive/Store Keeper in the Real Estate or Construction Industry.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Proficiency in Inventory Management Software and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail with accurate documentation skills.
Pay: From ₹37,000.00 per month
