Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to define and drive the end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform, delivering scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions aligned with enterprise standards and strategic roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the ServiceNow platform architecture and long-term roadmap.
- Design scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery.
- Lead CMDB architecture, including CI models, class structures, and relationship frameworks.
- Architect and manage integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
- Oversee advanced platform customizations, including:
- Flows
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- UI Policies
- Client Scripts
- Design and implement ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping solutions.
- Ensure CMDB data quality through governance, normalization, reconciliation, and audits.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support presales activities, solution design, effort estimation, and architecture reviews.

- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- ServiceNow ITSM
- ITOM

- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.
- Strong experience with:
- JavaScript
- Glide APIs
- Server-side scripting
- Client-side scripting
- Proven expertise in complex integrations using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- MID Servers
- Integration Hub
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and guide implementation teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with large-scale enterprise or multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
- Presales and customer-facing solutioning experience.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
