Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve business targets.
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, audience targeting, retargeting, and budget allocation through Meta Ads Manager.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages to maximize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the Creative, Content, and Sales teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Track campaign performance using Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and Meta platform updates to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing with hands-on expertise in Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and digital marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and related tracking tools.
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, or Franchise industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
