Job Summary
PICCO is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Assistant to create a welcoming experience for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to coordinate client interactions smoothly while maintaining a professional front-office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage client appointments, bookings, and studio schedules.
- Coordinate client requirements with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, and social media channels.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, client information, and daily operations.
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are organized and presentable at all times.
- Support administrative and coordination tasks as required.
Requirements
- Extroverted, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and coordination abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and visitors.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and office tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer relations, reception, front office, or client servicing roles.
- Experience handling appointments, customer interactions, or administrative coordination.
- Knowledge of CRM systems or scheduling software is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
