Assembly & Packing Supervisor

We are looking for an Assembly & Packing Supervisor to oversee assembly and packing operations in our solar components manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily assembly and packing activities.
- Manage workers and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and packing requirements are met.
- Monitor assembly processes, material usage, and finished products.
- Conduct basic quality checks and resolve assembly/packing issues.
- Maintain production and packing records.
- Coordinate with Stores, Quality, Production, and Logistics teams.
Requirements
- Graduation or above.
- Electrical/Electronics background preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in electrical/electronics manufacturing, assembly, or production.
- Good understanding of electrical/electronic components and assembly processes.
- Strong supervision, communication, and problem-solving skills.
