Job Purpose:
To ensure timely and professional customer communication, shipment status management, operational coordination and maintenance of records to support smooth logistics operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming customer phone calls and providing shipment-related support
- Replying to customer emails professionally within defined timelines
- Collecting shipment / delivery / consignment information from ERP system
- Providing shipment status updates to customers
- Coordinating with operations teams, branches and delivery staff
- Taking follow-ups for pending shipments, PODs and customer requirements
- Maintaining customer communication records and operational documentation
- Tracking complaints and ensuring timely closure
- Data entry and maintaining ERP records accurately
- Escalating unresolved issues to concerned departments
- Supporting front office and customer coordination activities
- Maintaining dispatch-related records and customer files
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
