Key Responsibilities:-
- Recruitment Support: Screen resumes, post job openings on portals, and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Assist in preparing onboarding kits, conducting new hire orientations, and verifying essential employment documents.
- Database Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate employee records and attendance using an HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Payroll & Benefits: Gather payroll data, input hours/leaves, and help administer employee benefit programs.
- Employee Relations: Address entry-level staff inquiries, assist in organizing company events, and draft routine HR letters.
- Compliance: Ensure confidentiality of sensitive candidate and employee information at all times
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
