Responsibilities
- Interact with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
- Understand customers' credit-related concerns and provide initial guidance.
- Explain HelloScore's services in a simple and professional manner.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM.
- Build strong relationships through excellent communication and customer support.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (mandatory).
- Basic English communication is an added advantage.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
