Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to clients and candidates.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally.
- Explain company services and available job opportunities to candidates.
- Maintain daily call records and follow-up data.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams.
- Generate leads and schedule interviews/meetings.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Calling Software).
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
Qualification
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred.
- Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply.
