Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Support Manager to oversee daily office operations and administrative activities. The role involves ensuring smooth office functioning, coordinating with different departments, maintaining records, and supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and support activities.
- Maintain office records, documents, and files.
- Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and facility requirements.
- Support meetings, scheduling, and internal communication.
- Prepare reports and other business documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments to support daily operations.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in office administration, office management, or operations support.
- Experience with office management software or ERP systems is an advantage.
