The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and collaboration with different teams to maintain the reliability and efficiency of critical applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining integration scenarios using SAP Process Orchestration and Process Integration tools.
- Strong understanding of API management and development lifecycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with middleware technologies and message protocols such as SOAP, REST, and XML.
- Knowledge of system monitoring and alerting tools to ensure high availability of business processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
