About the Role
Prajay Engineers Syndicate is expanding its Design & Technical Coordination Team in Hyderabad.
We are looking for talented architects to join our team and contribute to the planning, technical coordination, documentation, and execution of large-scale residential and gated community developments.
Open Positions
Senior Architect
Experience: 4–6 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle architectural projects from design development through execution.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
- Review consultant drawings and ensure seamless interdisciplinary coordination.
- Prepare, review, and manage working drawings, GFCs, and construction documentation.
- Prepare BOQs and support quantity verification.
- Resolve technical and design-related issues during project execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of project documentation while maintaining quality standards.
Junior Architect
Experience: 2–3 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Assist in consultant coordination and drawing reviews.
- Prepare presentation drawings, presentation boards, and client presentation material.
- Support senior architects in project documentation and design coordination.
Requirements
- Qualified Architect (B.Arch / M.Arch)
- Proficiency in Archicad, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with Twinmotion or other architectural rendering software will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing, construction documentation, and working drawings.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
