Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Operations Manager located in Kumarapalayam. The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing store staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing the retail experience for customers.

- Experience in Operations Management and Analytical Skills
- Strong Customer Service orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the fashion retail industry is a plus
