Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
* Plan, execute and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
* Manage Google Ads (Search, Display and Performance Max).
* Generate high-quality leads at the lowest possible acquisition cost.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimise ROI.
* Perform A/B testing of creatives, landing pages and audiences.
* Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
SEO
* Conduct comprehensive website audits.
* Improve website rankings through on-page SEO.
* Keyword research and content optimisation.
* Build ethical off-page SEO strategies.
* Improve Google Search Console performance.
* Increase organic traffic and lead generation.
Website & Analytics
* Work closely with developers to improve website performance.
* Monitor Google Analytics 4 and Search Console.
* Improve website conversion rates.
* Track user behaviour and marketing funnels.
Content & Social Media
* Coordinate with designers for ad creatives.
* Suggest campaign ideas and content strategies.
* Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
* Proven expertise in Meta Ads.
* Strong understanding of Google Ads.
* Hands-on experience in SEO.
* Google Analytics 4.

* Excellent analytical skills.
