Job Summary
The HR Head will be responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources function at Secura Developers Private Limited. The role focuses on developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring statutory compliance, strengthening talent management practices, and driving organizational development initiatives. The HR Head will oversee the existing HR team, including the HR Manager and Coordination Assistant, while ensuring all HR activities are aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's vision, mission, and business objectives.
- Lead, guide, mentor, and supervise the HR team to ensure efficient execution of all HR functions.
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and best practices across all company locations.
2. Talent Acquisition
- Manage workforce planning and oversee recruitment activities across all departments.
- Review and approve hiring plans while ensuring timely closure of open positions.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract and retain high-quality talent.
3. Performance Management
- Design, implement, and monitor the organization's Performance Management System (PMS).
- Facilitate goal setting, performance evaluations, and annual appraisal processes.
- Partner with department heads to improve employee performance and productivity.
4. Employee Relations
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and engaging workplace culture.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Ensure fair, transparent, and consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Review and recommend salary structures, employee benefits, and incentive programs.
- Oversee payroll coordination while ensuring statutory compliance.
- Benchmark and recommend competitive compensation practices to support talent retention.
6. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure full compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Monitor adherence to the Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, leave policies, and other employment-related legislations.
- Coordinate with legal advisors and external consultants on employment-related matters whenever required.
7. Learning & Development
- Identify organizational training needs and implement employee development programs.
- Develop leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.
8. HR Operations
- Oversee all HR operational activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and employee separations.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records, employee documentation, and confidential information.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare periodic reports for management review.
9. Organizational Development
- Lead organizational culture-building initiatives and change management programs.
- Recommend organizational restructuring and workforce planning strategies when necessary.
- Develop initiatives to improve employee productivity, engagement, and retention.
Qualifications
- MBA/MSW in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
- Professional HR certifications will be considered an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership responsibilities in managing an HR team.
- Prior experience in the real estate, shopping mall, retail, facility management, or service industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
