Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Executive whose primary responsibility will be cold calling and converting leads into admissions. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective students on a daily basis
- Introduce Scholed Learning programs and generate interest among potential leads
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Convert leads into successful admissions
- Maintain and update lead status in CRM systems
- Follow up consistently with prospects to close sales
- Handle objections and provide accurate information about courses, fees, and benefits
- Meet and exceed monthly admission targets
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams when required
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0–1 years of experience in inside sales / tele-calling / cold calling (education sector preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills (English + Malayalam/Tamil preferred)
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on conversions
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
