Position Purpose
The Juice Maker is responsible for preparing fresh juices, smoothies, and beverages while maintaining high standards of hygiene, taste, and presentation. The role involves handling fruits, operating juice machines, and ensuring customers receive fresh and quality drinks.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years experience as a Juice Maker or in a beverage preparation role (preferred)
- Knowledge of fresh juice, smoothies, and beverage preparation
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages as per restaurant standards
- Ensure proper washing, cutting, and storage of fruits and ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the juice preparation area
- Operate and maintain juice machines, blenders, and related equipment
- Monitor stock of fruits and ingredients and inform the supervisor when supplies are low
- Ensure quality and consistency in taste and presentation
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines

- Fast and efficient juice preparation skills
- Knowledge of different fruit combinations and beverage recipes
- Ability to maintain clean and organized workspace
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)
