Peevees Public School is looking for a qualified and experienced School Counsellor to support students’ emotional, behavioural, social, and academic well-being. The candidate will work closely with students, parents, and teachers to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counselling sessions for students.
- Identify and support students facing emotional, behavioural, or academic challenges.
- Conduct student assessments and maintain confidential counselling records.
- Guide students in stress management, peer relationships, and personal development.
- Conduct awareness programs, workshops, and life skill sessions.
- Work closely with teachers and parents to monitor student progress.
- Provide career and academic guidance to students.
- Assist in crisis intervention and student welfare programs.
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a School Counsellor.
- Experience in a CBSE school will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.

- Ability to conduct workshops and awareness sessions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
