- Experience in Immigration/ Overseas education field is a plus
- Manage daily branch operations, ensuring smooth customer service and sales performance.
- Guide team to achieve their individual target and achieve branch target
- Handle and distribute leads among employees and evaluate conversation
- Guide team and resolve their queries.
- Monitor team performance, share weekly reports, and coordinate post-signup processes.
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in sales is mandatory
