About the role:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive/Associate with proven experience in GLP-1, medical weight loss, or obesity management sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong consultative selling approach, be comfortable handling high-intent leads, and possess the ability to educate customers on GLP-1-based weight management solutions while driving revenue growth.
Specifically, this role will involve:
- Engaging with prospective customers interested in GLP-1 and medical weight loss programs through calls and virtual consultations.
- Understanding customer health goals and recommending the most suitable GLP-1-based wellness solutions.
- Building trust with customers by explaining the benefits, eligibility, and treatment journey of GLP-1 programs.
- Managing the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to consultation booking and successful conversion.
- Handling customer objections effectively and providing accurate information in collaboration with the clinical team.
- Maintaining detailed customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Ideal candidate will have:
- 2–5 years of experience in GLP-1, obesity management, medical weight loss, or healthcare/wellness sales.
- Experience selling GLP-1 or incretin-based therapies such as Mounjaro (tirzepatide), Ozempic (semaglutide), Wegovy (semaglutide), or similar medical weight loss solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong objection-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience working in high-volume inside sales or telesales environments.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and lead management.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers achieve their health goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
