CCTV Technician
Location: Kadavanthra, Kochi
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a CCTV Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems for residential and commercial customers.
Responsibilities:
- Install CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment.
- Lay and terminate LAN, coaxial, and power cables.
- Configure cameras, mobile viewing apps, and remote access.
- Diagnose and repair CCTV system faults.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system checks.
- Provide customer training and technical support.
- Maintain service reports and follow safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of IP and analog CCTV systems.
- Basic networking and router configuration skills.
- Experience in cable installation and termination.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations and work at heights when required.
Preferred:
- ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Networking, or related field.
- Experience with security systems such as access control, alarms, or video door phones.
