Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical QA Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web platform, AI-driven features, and simulation workflows. You will work closely with developers, AI engineers, and product teams to deliver a seamless and bug-free user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web applications and AI-driven features
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Identify, document, track, and report bugs using issue tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of defects
- Validate UI/UX consistency and responsiveness across devices and browsers
- Perform API testing and validate backend responses using tools like Postman
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide QA inputs during product planning
- Ensure quality standards across releases and production deployments
- Maintain test documentation and QA reports for audit and reference.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Software QA/Testing
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC
- Experience in manual testing of web applications
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, or similar)
- Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman or equivalent)
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL (preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced agile environments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nashik, Maharashtra (Nashik): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
